SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Halloween 2007—Get the creeps! Impossible
Productions is dying to bring you Creepshow—Live!, an anthology
of hellish horror stories—from those few who have lived to tell
the tale! So leave the well-lit room that you percieve to be reality,
and step into another room—a Dark Room—which is just as real,
but not as brightly lit…
October 2007 is a celebration of comic book macabre of nightmarish accounts
reminiscient of Tales from the Crypt and DC Horror Comics
such as The Haunt of Fear. Each
week are 3 new stories and a new “Master of Scaremonies” including
Dr. Hal Robins, Sean
Owens, Sam Shaw,
and special ghost star, Mikl Em.
It’s a grave mistake to miss this! Creepshow—Live!
features: The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verrill, dir. Alexia
Staniotes; I Always Think Green, dir. Shaun
Landry; Frank Delusion, dir. John
Harrison, Prescription: Death!, dir. Sean
Owens; The Monkey, dir. Sean
McGinn; Creep Course, dir. David
Stein; and many more terrifying tales (from the script).
Creepshow—Live! runs October 4-27, Thursdays, Fridays,
and Saturdays @ 8pm at the Dark Room Theater, 2263 Mission Street, SF,
between 18th & 19th. Details at darkroomsf.com/creepshow, 415.401.7987,
and wsup@darkroomsf.com. Creepshow—Live! is an Impossible Production
brought to you by Erin Ohannesson, Jim Fourniadis and Rhiannon Charisse
and stars: Dr. Hal Robins, Sean Owens, Sam Shaw and Mikl Em.

IMPOSSIBLE PRODUCTIONS, and our home The Dark Room, is a comfortable place
for anyone to come to when they have ideas—big or small—and
nowhere to realize them. We're a tad more off-beat than community theatre
and a skosh more accessible than many artist cooperatives. We welcome
both high concepts and low brow sensibilities; we try hard to not to take
ourselves too seriously and invite you to do the same. Come join us for
an hour or two and forget for a minute how troublesome the world can be.
We're saving a seat for you.
